1, 2, 3, Moose: A Pacific Northwest Counting Book, and O is for Orca: A Pacific Northwest Alphabet Book, by Andrea Helman; photography by Art Wolfe. These are both very similar, as they were done by the same team. The counting book is pretty good, but I didn't particularly like that, when animals were chosen that don't normally conglomerate (like bears), the illustration was a collage of pictures.
The both feature mainly, but not exclusively, animals, so when rocks or trees or other things are used, it's a little bit of a surprise. They have alot of information, though, especially the abc book.
Where Do I Sleep? A Pacific Northwest Lullaby, by Jennifer Blomgren; illustrated by Andrea Gabriel. This was the best of the three. The illustrations are beautiful, very soft but colorful, and this book also has a lot of information. I had not previously known the term for a baby puffin. I felt that it went on a bit long, especially for the age group, but not a bad book overall.
+3 more picture books.
