I'm getting through about .86 books a day, but the internet hasn't been working at our apartment this week. The Treasures of Weatherby, by Zilpha Keatley Snyder. This wasn't my favorite book; the mystery could have been more compelling. Towards the end, the mysticism of the house, which had been the focus of the story, seemed to shift, instead, to a second character. This confused everything that had come before. Into the Wild and Out of the Wild, by Sarah Beth Durst. I loved these! I love how true to the original stories the adventures are (although I am ready to argue against the existence of the main character). A must-read for anyone who loves fairy tales! These are going to become part of my read-every-year shelf.

Did like the Durst books, but I think Snyder is dated. Princess Academy is a really hard sell in my library. Looks too frivolous for my fantasy readers, I guess.
